Unit includes four 24" x 60" shelves. Includes 5" diameter swivel casters with resilient tread and donut bumpers. Cart covers have reinforced corners for added life. All covers are available with either velcro closures or poly zippers. Covers are lightweight and easy to handle. Eagle cart covers come in many sizes to fit virtually any application. Covers are available in white coated nylon, white uncoated polyester, black ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) with zipper, and transparent with zipper.

Electronic vibration dampening tray carts provide maximum benefits in vibration transfer. ESD safety, and cost. Vibration transfer is dramatically reduced via polyurethane 50 shore A casters with expander stems, 5" swivel, two with brake. Carts are ESD-safe via aluminum split sleeves and an optional grounding device (ESD grounding cable or anti-static drag chain available). All models feature front and rear tray locks to ensure product safety. End and side load units available. Full and half height units available. Half height models feature push handles. Comes with aluminum split sleeves.

Tote box carriers accommodates a wide variety of containers. Comes standard with three sets of tote box slides constructed of 16 gauge chrome plated steel with a channel opening of 1 1/8". Frames constructed of 1" square chrome plated tubing and 16 gauge chrome plated steel. Posts are 63". Constructed of 16 gauge chome plated steel and grooved, numbered on 1" centers for slide height adjustability. Available in one, two, and three bay carrier models with standard resilient or poly casters, two brake and two swivel. All models are 68" high and 26" length from front to back.
