I started Bliss industries, Inc. from scratch
on April 1, 1980, yes the date was meant to be a joke if we failed
but...... The first 8 years were very tough. but we made it. We
followed a few simple but necessary rules in business. You must
at all times maintain a solid reputation of integrity, honesty,
responsibility, reliability and flawless customer service, always
exceed the customers expectations. When a problem comes up take
care of it properly and quickly and state all the facts.
I consider myself a very strong leader and
innovator, I am demanding and I have high expectations for my team
as well as my vendors, I consider myself very fair and reasonable.
I have been fortunate to find, hire, and keep a world class group
of people. We have been very successful working together and listening
to you the customer and delivering what you asked for.
Bliss Industries focus is and has been to
help our customers with ideas they may not have thought of. To help
make their factories more organized, productive, and more profitable.
No company can be all things to all people,
and neither can we. We frequently review what products and services
we offer. As long as we can do it better than our competition we
will continue to add new products, simply because you asked us too.
As long as we exceed my expectations, I assure you, we will exceed
yours. If we ever do not, please, call me, email me, fax me, even
if the rare chance that I caused the problem myself. Please let me know so
I have the chance to make it right.
To sum it up, profit is the reward a company
deserves, only after they have exceeded the customers expectations.
